New Discipleship Classes
NEW for Parents: Have a new Kid by Friday
“Have a New Kid by Friday” – this class will meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm starting January 9th, 2013! Workbooks are $5 each. You can sign up for this class at the table in the main foyer and order your books through the Church Office or at the first class. This Discipleship training class will show parents how to reverse negative behavior in their children, fast! Dr. Leman, the author of the course, offers hope and practical, dorable strategies for regaining control and becoming the parents you always wanted to be. Childcare will be available during this series.
NEW: Marrieds Class
Matt and Kelly Flindt will be leading a class titled “A Biblical Marriage in a Broken World”. In a secular culture that seeks to unravel the threads of Christian values and families – married couples CAN flourish! This 6-week class will start January 23rd. This course lays out a clear plan for building a satisfying relationship that will go the distance. Learn about the roles of a husband and a wife, gain profound parenting advice. This class is open to married couples or single adults and will be meeting on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm. Sign up at the table in the main foyer! Workbooks are $5 each, couples can share a workbook if they choose. You can order your workbook through the church office or pick it up at the first class. Childcare will be available.

Centered in Christ Class
Have you ever been discipled? Do you sometimes still struggle with the basics of reading your Bible, sharing your faith, praying for an hour? Do you know how to disiciples someone else? Have you ever done it? Would you know where and how to being?
Starting very soon, Pastor Scott will be taking a group of people through a “Centered in Christ” course that will teach the basics of how to live the Christian life, and how to take others through the basics.

On the tear away sheet in your bulletin simply fill in “Pastor’s Discipleship Class” or “Centered in Christ” with your phone number, address and email.
On October 7th, at 5:00pm, there will be an informational meeting at the church that will explain the class and answer your questions. Following that meeting you will have an opportunity to sign up for the class. This class will be open to teenagers and adults.
