The Bible tells us to take the time to be spiritually fit. More specifically it states, “train yourself in godliness.” What did the Apostle mean when he said these words to the young Timothy? During the months of January and February, Pastor Scott will be preaching a series entitled, “Spiritual Disciplines.” What are the spiritual disciplines we are to practice? What does the Bible teach about them and how are we to apply them in our daily lives? These are some of the questions we will answer as we journey through the Bible to discover the tools that God has left us so that we can live the Christian life in a way that brings Glory to God and mature our walk as we grow in Christ.
